Dr Sandra Goines has been an early adaptor of bio-identical hormone therapy with 20 years of experience in the field. As an integrative medicine doctor she practices aesthetics, and has 15 years of experience in musculoskeletal medicine working with high resolution ultrasound for regenerative medicine and cosmetic medicine applications. She is a fellow in anti-aging medicine, and is a master practitioner and teacher of multiple energy techniques. She began her practice in family medicine/osteopathic manipulative medicine (OMT). She quickly found a passion for alternative medicine. She continues to see general medicine patients while standing as a champion for women’s health and alternative medicine.
Athletically, Dr. Goines, was a former pro dancer and is currently a competitive ballroom dancer. She has applied her physical experience to develop an integrated understanding of body mechanics and treating injuries. She has also travelled the world in search of alternative treatments and has worked with many healers. In addition, she has served as Assistant Clinical Professor in Family Medicine/OMT and has been a team doctor for the Long Beach Roller Derby and treated the USA Water Polo team as well as many, NFL, MLB, NBA Ball players and water sports pro athletes.
